Mindfulness & Movement Practitioner

Andre Humphrey is a mindfulness, meditation, movement, and sound practitioner with more than a decade of experience creating trauma-informed wellness experiences for BIPOC youth, adults, and communities. His practice brings together culturally grounded healing traditions and modern mindfulness techniques to support emotional awareness, resilience, connection, and personal growth.

Andre has designed and facilitated more than 500 mindfulness, meditation, and yoga workshops and has worked with thousands of individuals across the Bay Area.
