Master culturally tailored meditation techniques, enabling you to connect deeply with BIPOC youth and make your sessions more impactful and inclusive.

Module 4: Creating a Safe and Supportive Environment
Learn to build trust and implement trauma-informed care, ensuring you create a safe, welcoming space that empowers marginalized youth to fully engage in meditation.

Module 5: Facilitating Meditation Sessions
Develop the confidence and skills to lead effective meditation sessions, helping you overcome challenges and create a supportive community for BIPOC youth.
