We believe the land is a powerful teacher and a vital part of the healing process. Our nature-based programs are designed for BIPOC youth and families to reconnect with the natural world, and with each other, in spaces that feel safe, welcoming, and culturally grounded. These offerings integrate mindfulness, movement, storytelling, and play in outdoor settings that encourage curiosity, connection, and restoration. Whether we’re hiking through local parks, gathering under redwoods, or practicing meditation in green spaces, we create experiences that support nervous system regulation and deepen participants’ sense of place and belonging.
Our “Discovering Nature’s Bliss” outings create space for BIPOC youth and families to explore local parks and green spaces together. These events combine mindfulness, movement, and collective joy in an outdoor setting that feels restorative and accessible.
We offer nature-based sessions that weave together breathwork, movement, cultural ritual, and body-based awareness. These practices help participants ground in the present moment, process emotions, and experience the healing power of nature through an embodied lens.
Through guided walks, storytelling, and hands-on activities, participants deepen their understanding of the natural world and its relationship to ancestral wisdom, environmental justice, and community wellness.
