We’re a non-profit organization that provides trauma-informed meditation and yoga programming in underprivileged areas throughout the Bay Area. Our mission is to help people heal from past traumas through mindfulness, self-compassion, and community support. We believe that everyone deserves access to these tools so they can live healthier lives.
If you’re passionate about mental health awareness and the well-being of inner city communities, we want to hear from you! Volunteers are needed for our classes at local schools, homeless shelters, transitional housing facilities, and more.This is a great opportunity for aspiring meditation and yoga instructors as well as anyone else who wants to make a positive impact on your local community while gaining valuable experience along the way.
