Alejandra Hernandez has her M.A in Counseling Psychology and a B.A in Women and Gender Studies from St. Mary’s College of California. She has worked as a counselor for the past 11 years, supporting youth in elementary, middle and at the high-school level. In her current position as the wellness specialist at YES Nature to Neighborhoods, she continues to offer services to youth, young adults and adults through 1:1 counseling, nature-based adult groups, case management and facilitating workshops on topics related to wellness and mental health.
