Our Practitioner Directory is an extension of that belief. We’re a growing, practitioner-led network rooted in shared values, cultural fluency, and a deep commitment to community care. More than a list of facilitators, it’s a living ecosystem of support, reciprocity, and resource-sharing that centers Black, Brown, Indigenous, AAPI, and queer practitioners.
We’re building a growing community of practice, where facilitators can connect, collaborate, and support one another.
We prioritize peer-to-peer learning and care that reflects the complexity and brilliance of our communities.
We hire wellness practitioners who reflect the communities we serve, because cultural fluency is essential to our work.
Most importantly, we are circulating money directly back into our communities by contracting Black, Brown, Indigenous, and system-impacted practitioners, shifting not just who facilitates care, but who benefits from it.
The ICB Practitioner Directory is made up of trusted, trauma-informed facilitators, many of whom are from the same neighborhoods, cultures, and lived experiences as the youth and families we serve.
We contract practitioners to lead programming across schools, nature spaces, and community settings. Whether it’s mindfulness, movement, somatics, or cultural healing practices, each offering is rooted in care, connection, and cultural relevance.
Practitioners are paid equitably for their labor and leadership.
We prioritize ongoing relationships, not one-off gigs.
We support collaboration, shared learning, and peer care within the directory.
This model strengthens the local healing ecosystem, creates economic opportunity, and ensures the people delivering care are connected to the communities receiving it.
