Jaraé Clark is the Executive Director of City of Dreams, where she leads all aspects of the organization’s vision, programs, and operations. She brings over a decade of experience working with adolescents involved in the child welfare and juvenile justice systems, with a strong focus on supporting youth and strengthening families.

An experienced Program Manager and nonprofit leader, Jaraé has a proven track record of developing impactful programs, leading teams, and partnering with communities to deliver services that meet people where they are. She is deeply passionate about equity-driven work and creating opportunities that help young people thrive.

Jaraé earned her B.A. from Georgia State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
